Disaster Intelligence For Adaptive Action

This is an international eTwinning project that aims to raise students’ awareness of natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, fires, and droughts, develop their STEM-based problem-solving skills, and enhance their psychological resilience and well-being.

Throughout the project, students will recognize different types of disasters, produce solutions to real-life problems using the engineering design process, learn to adapt to changing conditions, and develop a sense of safety. Supported by STEM activities, collaborative work, and well-being-focused practices, the project aims to contribute to students’ academic as well as social-emotional development.
